This Privacy Policy explains how InboxThatHasAI collects, uses, and protects information when you use our AI email assistant. We designed the product to be minimal by default: our database stores a single table for users, and we do not record your email content or chat transcripts.

Information we collect

Account data. We store basic account identifiers (such as your name, email address, and authentication tokens) to keep your account connected.

Email access. With your permission, we access your inbox to answer questions, find messages that need replies, draft emails, and send emails on your behalf. Email content is processed transiently to deliver the service and is not stored in our database.

Support requests. If you contact us, we use your message to respond and resolve the issue.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the service, keep your account secure, improve performance, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data.

Data retention

We retain only the account information needed to keep your inbox connected. We do not store email bodies, attachments, or chat transcripts in our database. You can request deletion at any time.

Sharing and processors

We use trusted infrastructure and AI providers to run the service and process requests. These providers are bound to confidentiality and security obligations and only receive data necessary to perform their tasks.

Security and HIPAA-aligned safeguards

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and data minimization. Our AI workflows follow HIPAA-aligned privacy and security practices. You remain responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and policies.

Your choices

You can disconnect your inbox at any time, revoke permissions with your email provider, or request account deletion by contacting us.
